At some point in our relationships, with partners, friends and family, we've all wished we'd been more assertive over a situation. How many times have you gone along with a plan you don't agree with? Some people seem to have a knack for forging strong relationships and being able to balance their needs and desires with those of their friends and lovers. Others wait for Mr Anyone, let his wishes dictate their lives and merely complain to anybody who will listen. And some can be overly assertive, known for having tantrums when their demands aren't met.
